What Is Continuous Waste Tyre Recycling Plant

As our continuous waste tyre recycling plant works to reduce tyre waste into the environment it is also called Environment protection equipment because it gives best from waste i.e. it gives energy source like Pyrolysis oil from scrap tyres. Beside oil it also produce important by-products like Carbon, hydrocarbon gas which has many uses that we will going to discuss in further paragraph. Basically continuous waste tyre recycling plant works continuously without any break to provide all the four products mainly oil which is compared to L.D.O due to similarity in properties between them. Continuous waste tyre recycling plant is equipped with auto feeding system & auto discharge system which in turn facilitates uninterrupted working of plant. Hence greater products yield can be obtained with minimum labor cost. This plant not only process 10-100 tons of waste plastic/tyre per day but can be also operated without any stop.

This Continuous waste tyre recycling plant is quiet costly as compared to batch type tyre recycling plant because of some special features such as auto feeding system, auto discharge system, multiple point monitoring of temperature & pressure, Central electric control system, Hot air circulation heating system, secondary fire retardant damper and use of advance techniques with high quality of material for getting high yield of products. Difference Between Continuous Plant & Batch Type Plant

Main difference between batch type & continuous tyre recycling plant is that the “Batch type plant” needs to be stopped after every single process which takes 16-20 hrs a day for removing by-products like carbon & for feeding scrap tyres again, while “continuous type plant” is operated continuously without any interruption for large number of batches. “Batch type plant” process maximum of 12 tons of material per day while “Continuous type plant” process large tons of material ranging from 10-100 tons. Hence for any government projects or large scale waste tyre dealing companies only continuous waste tyre plant can work out. Batch type plant has low automation & mainly labor operated machine while continuous type plant is high in automation & less dependent on labor.

Process of Continuous Waste Tyre Recycling Plant

Firstly the scraps tyres/Plastics will be conveyed to the auto feeding system which in turn transfers them to the horizontal reactor. Here the anaerobic process of pyrolysis of scrap tyres/plastic will start & at the temperature of above 100-120 degrees Celsius, vapors will form which further moves to different types of condensing system to form oil. Through pipeline it is directly transferred to the oil tank. Some of the non condensed gas will also form which will be transferred hot air circulation heating system by secondary fire retardant damper. This non condensed gas can be either reused in the plant by storing it properly for heating purpose or it can be discharged in to the air after passing it through our wet scrubber system. Thus in total around 50-60 tons of waste can be recycled to obtained required yield of products.

In total four different products are obtained.

  • Pyrolysis Oil
  • Carbon
  • Hydrocarbon Gas

Uses:

  • Oil is compared with L.D.O(light diesel oil) which can be used in different boiler companies, rolling mills, casting industries, Asphalt plants etc.
  • Carbon is used in ink industries, cement industries
  • Hydrocarbon gas is either stored & reused in same plant for heating purpose or can be processed through wet scrubber system to produce harmless smoke to be released into the atmosphere.

Advantages of Continuous Waste Tyre Recycling Plant

  • But for large scale waste tire dealing companies or government projects, this kind of batch type waste tire pyrolysis plant may not fulfil their demand. So, as the increasing demand of the market and improving technology we are just going to developed a new design as continuous waste tire pyrolysis plant.
